ARCHAEOLOGICAL EXCAVATIONS
Students and volunteers will be housed in a beautifully renovated rural villa in the village of Sarmizegetusa. Full room and board is provided. The participants will enjoy a variety of traditional, home made Roumanian dishes. Flavorful local Romanian wines will be served with dinner.
The fee is for the full 5 (five) week duration of the excavation (for shorter stays, the per week price applies). It includes a $385 non refundable registration fees. All rooms have access to private bathrooms and hot water showers. Transportation will be provided to and from the site No refund will be considered after March 16, 2012.
The registration cost does not include the trip to and from Romania. If you arrive at the pre-established times, someone will wait for you at the train station. Participants must arrange their own travel and health insurance. Participants are responsible for their own lunches.No entry visa is generally required for Romania for up to 12 weeks for EU, US and Canadian citizens. It is always a good idea to check with the Romanian Consulate.

OSTEOLOGY WORKSHOPS
There are only 8 (eight) volunteer positions available for each team/session.
The fee is for the mandatory 4 (four) weeks of a full session. It includes a $385 non refundable registration fees. Housing is provided in Cluj-Napoca within walking distance from the museum. The fee also includes teaching material, support and documentation (a lab manual will be provided upon your arrival), laboratory material (except lab coats), lectures (approx. 25h/session), access to the study collection, security clearance, museum registration. No refund will be considered after March 16, 2012.
